Your WiFiDrop Pro licence

Get your licence again, add it to WiFiDrop, or move it to a new PC.

Re-send my licence

Enter the email address you used to buy WiFiDrop Pro. We'll email every licence bought with it.

Add your licence to WiFiDrop

  1. Open the WiFiDrop window on your PC (double-click the tray icon).
  2. Go to Licence, paste the whole licence including the BEGIN and END lines, and press Activate Pro.

Move Pro to a new PC

A licence works on up to 3 PCs. On the PC you no longer use, open Licence and press Remove from this PC, then add the licence on the new one. If the old PC is gone, contact us with your licence ID and we'll free it up.

Refunds

After a refund, Pro features turn read-only the next time WiFiDrop checks the licence. Your files, accounts and Free features keep working. See the refund policy.
